Designed a smart medical dispenser system to improve medication adherence for long-term patients. The project integrates a physical pillbox, a mobile app, and a light-based reminder system, with a strong focus on accessibility through voice and touch interaction.
This project aims to identify the pain points experienced by patients requiring long-term medication, and based on these findings, design a more rational and user-friendly pillbox. The goal is to help users adhere to their medication schedule, gradually establish good medication habits, and ultimately promote better treatment and recovery from their illnesses.
My idea is very simple. I think the pill box is Pill's home, and my idea of a home is very simple: a rectangular parallelepiped and a cylindrical chimney. For me, I don’t want my medicine box to be very eye-catching, because when I see it I feel bitter. On the contrary, the shape of my home is warm and sweet.
